The meaningful use security risk analysis is by far the most confusing part of meaningful use attestation. OK, maybe not the most confusing. Many of the EHRs out there have a very convoluted process to ensure you count all your Core & Menu items properly. But, the meaningful use hipaa risk assessment is the item that most practices are not at all comfortable with as it is rather technical and just plain confusing.
